ROASTING
This Vertuo coffee capsule is split roasted. It gives you
all that Robusta intensity without any harshness. A long roast at medium
temperatures brings out that intensity in the Indian Robusta. We roast the
Arabica dark and long to develop those rich cocoa and oak wood notes.
WITH MILK
With milk this coffee keeps its powerful character while
enhancing the cocoa notes.

Vertuo Fortado Decaffeinato is an Arabica and Robusta
coffee blend like Fortado, but decaffeinated, and still full force. The
naturally processed Indian Robusta was our go-to choice for the foundation of
this blend because of its high-end quality and unmatched intensity and full
body. If you’re tasting those cocoa and oak wood notes - that’s the washed
Colombian Arabica we blended with the Robusta. We split roast, giving a long
roast of the decaffeinated Robusta to make sure there’s no harshness and a darker
long roast of the decaffeinated Colombian beans to develop the distinct
aromatics. With the same powerful character as its caffeinated counterpart, and
with an equally thick crema - Vertuo Fortado Decaffeinto comes at your palate
in deliciousfull force.
