the same buttons as the Nintendo Switch in handheld mode and is designed to be

Controller functions:
• The Pro Controller includes many of the great features of the
Joy-Con controllers: motion controls, HD rumble, built-in amiibo functionality
and more. The main difference in the controls is that while the directional
controls on the left Joy-Con consist of several buttons, the Pro controller has
one directional button, similar to previous systems.
• The Nintendo Switch Pro controller contains 2 linear resonant actuators, each
with independent HD vibration function, creating a similar effect to the
Joy-Con controllers. The HD rumble feature in the Nintendo Switch Pro
controller delivers an immersive gameplay experience that isn't possible with
visuals and sounds alone.
• You can also use amiibo on Nintendo Switch by touching them to the NFC
touchpoint on the Nintendo Switch Pro controller! This accessory comes with a
USB Type-C port and a USB Type-C cable that allows you to charge it. The
battery life of the Nintendo Switch Pro controller is approximately 40 hours.

• The Official Nintendo USB Power Adapter (sold separately) allows you to
