How do I reset My Password?
Reset your mycomputeraruba.co Password:
- To reset your password, please find "Forgot your password?" on the login page and click Reset it.
- Enter your email address associated with your account and click on “Continue”.
- We'll send you a reset email confirmation which will direct you to change your password within a few minutes.
- Click the URL received via email - if you cannot click the URL, then please copy and paste the URL into your browser.
- Lastly, enter your new desired password, and click on “Continue”.
- Your password will be reset successfully then login in your account with new password.
Important: we're unable to reset a password for an account if:
- The email address you are writing in from is not associated with the account.
- You do not know the associated email address.
- You do not have access to the email address linked to the account.
Change your mycomputeraruba.co Password
If you know your password and would like to change it, you can do so at anytime!
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co and make sure you’re logged in your account.
- At the top right, click “Account”.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “My Account” on the left.
- In the Account Information section find password and click “Change”.
- Enter your existing and new desired password, and click “Save”.
- Your password will be changed successfully.
How do I add or change a delivery address?
Important: If you have an order in progress right now and you know the delivery address is incorrect, make sure the correct address is on your account already and contact Customer Happiness immediately at sales@mycomputer-aruba.com
To change an address:
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co and make sure you’re logged in your account.
- At the top right, click “Account”.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “Address” on the left.
- In the Delivery Address section, click “Edit”.
- Update your new address details, and click “Save”.
- Your address will be changed successfully.
To add a new address:
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co and make sure you’re logged in your account.
- At the top right, click “Account”.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “Address” on the left.
- In the Delivery Address section, click “New Delivery Address”.
- Enter your new address details, and click “Save”.
- Your new address will be added successfully.
To remove an address:
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co and make sure you’re logged in your account.
- At the top right, click “Account”.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “Address” on the left.
- Click the address you want to remove.
- Click Delete Address.
- Your address will be removed.
Subscribe or unsubscribe from My computer & Office Supplies sales and marketing emails.
Subscribing to Mycomputeraruba.co
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, you will then see “ get the latest deals & more” followed by “ enter email address”
- Enter your email address.
- Click the “subscribe” button
- Almost finished, we need to confirm your email address. To complete the subscription process, please click the link in the email we just sent you.
Unsubscribing from mycomputeraruba.co
- Open the last email you received from us.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email, you will then see “ unsubscribe from the list”
- Click on “unsubscribe”
How do I change registered email address?
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co and make sure you’re logged in your account.
- At the top right, click “Account”.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “My Account” on the left.
- In the Account Information section find Email and click “Change”.
- Enter your new email address and confirm it with your existing password, and click “Save”.
- Your Email address will be changed successfully.
How do I change my phone number?
- Go to www.mycomputeraruba.co and make sure you’re logged in your account.
- At the top right, click “Account”.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “My Account” on the left.
- In the Personal Information section, click on “Change”.
- Update your new phone number, and click “Save”.
- Your phone number will be changed successfully.
